We're kind of into learning and growing our skills. We have a book club (right now we're brushing up on clean architecture), best practice meetings and feature showcases every week so that the rest of the gang can see all the great stuff that we've been getting up to.

All of our work is out in the open - we give our team members the autonomy to make things better in the app when they spot a potential issue, and we can deploy shiny new code with a simple pull request.

We sometimes have meet-ups in Glasgow, but we’ve hired great people who are based all over the UK (and beyond)!
